Set or Specify a Default Form to be Displayed Automatically on Startup in Access 2007
- Click on the Round Windows icon on the top left.

At the bottom right, click the 'Access Options' button.
- Access Options window will open
- Click on the Current Database in the left menu.

In the Display Form dropdown box, pick the form you want to be displayed on startup.
