How to make a Html file?
Html file can be made using FrontPage or Dreamweaver. If you do not have any of these softwares, you can use notepad to make a html file. Open Notepad, write Html code in it and click file, then save as. In the filename field enter "anyname.html" in quotes and save.

How does a simple Html file look?
A html code should be contained in <html> </html> tags. The head and body section of the the html page should be entered in the html tags. The head section may contains title tag, meta tags, stylesheet referrences, and javascript code. Following is an example of a simple html code.

          <title> Example </title>
           This is an Example

Common Tags
Headers: <h1>Section 1</h1> or <h2>Section 1</h2>  etc.
Line Break: <br>
Space: &nbsp;
Bold: <b>This text will be bold</b>
Italics: <i>This text will be italisized</i>
Adding Comments: <!--  Type comments between these bounds -->
Moving Text: <marquee> This text will move </marquee>
Hyperlink: <a href = "http://www.w3courses.com">W3courses</a>
Open Link in New Window: <a href = "http://www.w3courses.com" target="_blank">W3courses</a>
Center: <center> This text will be centered </center>
Indent: <blockquote> This text will be indented </blockquote>
Font: <font size="10" color="green"> Font Tag </font>
Images: <img src="filename.extension" align="left">
Background Color: <body bgcolor="blue">
