View Only Open Tickets in JIRA with Search Keyword
JIRA allows to add commands with operators in the Advance Search box. These commands can be used to create a custom search by specifying your own filter criteria.

Follow the steps below to create a custom search to only view open ticket related to a certain keywords:
Click in the Search box, type the desired search keyword and press Enter
Click on the Advanced option in the Search bar
Type the following code with your search term: AND STATUS NOT IN ("Resolved", "Closed")
